Baking usually does not come natural for me. Today, for the first time, I have baked something good for a change. This is the recipe I used. Nana Ba, and the doormen all liked it. Tears going down my cheeks....

believe it or not, i was going to make banana muffins, too! but the recipe i got was in english units,grams and all. converting them gave me a headache.
another great banana dessert idea that involves no baking and certainly no crying - chocolate banana pops!
1. peel ripe bananas. 2. skewer them. 3. dip in melted chocolate of your liking. 4. let the excess chocolate drip off and allow to set for a while (so they don't stick to one another). 5. put into a food bag and leave them in the fridge until frozen.
i also want to try a banana cheesecake recipe that i invented. but so far there hasn't been an occasion where there may be enough people to consume this much dessert (especially if it fails...hehe...).
