Our lao san was born with a silver spoon. We gave it a face lift right after its birth. This is a privilege that neither lao da nor lao er had. A lot were done over the past few days: we sanded the floor, grouted the bathroom, changed new base mouldings, fixed the broken cabinets, got new appliances, installed track lighting, and of course a fresh coat of (ORANGE) paint. Many thanks to Jimmy's mom who delivered 愛心便當 during construction, and to the two 溫州老鄉 who worked so hard in the past two days. Now, let's get it rented......more pictures

Too bad that we missed out on TC camp because of Lao San. How was it? Did you guys have tons fun? Post some pictures!
Congradulation on your 老三. It looks very good. Seems like you two had a constructive weekend.
The TC camp went fine as usual. Special Highlight: Chien Chien recited a poem during the campfire. It was very nice.

Hey Congradulations! Nice job in renovating the apt. Do you have the "before" photos? Should show it off! So where's the apt? Rent it out right away huH? That's really amazing. Did you use an agent? I also have a huge orange wall in the apt nei.
